Merchants Fleet has partnered with cbCharge to become an exclusive national fleet customer and to drive their fleet business to cbCharge accepting NAPA locations.  Merchants Fleet currently manages 30,000 plus vehicles nationwide from auto to heavy duty.   Merchants Fleet currently processes over 100,000 repair invoices a year and is aggressively adding more clients and vehicles growing their network.   Merchants Fleet will add each cbCharge accepting NAPA location to its vendor locator network.   The relationship between cbCharge, NAPA and Merchants Fleet will allow us to build the largest vendor directory in the Merchants Fleet locator.  For your repair location to be included you must enroll to accept cbCharge, below.   This will allow your company to be listed as a cbCharge accepting NAPA location on the NAPA website and have access to cbCharge’s  over 600,000 vehicle fleet account holders.  It’s FREE to enroll and be listed in the vendor locators!  You only pay the exclusive NAPA fee of 2.3% for each completed invoice payment.

Merchant Fleet Process 

  1. Merchants Fleet Driver Will Visit NAPA Location For Service
  2. The Driver Will Provide The Merchants Fleet Maintenance Brochure Or You Will Need To Call The Tech Line At 877-870-4999 Option 1
  3. The NAPA Location Will Follow Merchants Fleet Instructions For Approval To Start Repairs
  4. The NAPA Location Must List – **RO/PO Number, Merchants Unit Number, License Plate, Vin, Odometer Reading and Vehicle Make/Model/Year/Color On The Invoice** (without Merchant’s Fleet approval and this information on the invoice the repair could be subject to dispute)
  5. The NAPA Location Will Access cbCharge And Select The Merchants Fleet Account For Payment Approval And To Submit The Invoice For Payment Once Completed
  6. cbCharge Will Pay The NAPA Location Next Day
  7. cbCharge Will Send The Invoice To Merchants Fleet And Do All Billing And Collections
