Nicole Parker
Senior Client RepresentativeThe job description of client representative encompasses a wide range of duties, depending on the type of company. For Nicole Parker, senior client representative at Corporate Billing, the title means building relationships and helping businesses thrive.
Part of Corporate Billing since 2013, Parker started in the collections department and later received a promotion to client representative.
Much of her day is spent handling financial transactions, from early-morning wires to chargebacks. Her goal is always to complete the tasks clients are waiting on as quickly and accurately as possible. As self-described “list person,” she takes joy in crossing off the last to-do list item at the end of each day.
“It makes me feel like I have completed everything that needed to be completed, which makes me feel accomplished every day,” she adds.
However, Parker’s day-to-day isn’t just lists and emails. She cherishes the relationships built over the past decade and the opportunity to flourish alongside her family of co-workers.
“I have been with Corporate Billing since I was 23 years old, so the people that I work with have been around for pretty much my entire adulthood. They have seen me grow into the person that I am today and supported me through every step,” Parker says.
Parker has been part of the expansion and preservation of countless small businesses as their client rep. She counts relationships with these business owners as her favorite success stories.
“There are so many small businesses that reply on Corporate Billing just to keep food on their family’s table. I love being a puzzle piece to their growth and success,” she says.
