A newer face around Corporate Billing, Jukobie Jones has quickly proven himself invaluable to his team and his customers. He looks forward to carving out a long-term career with Corporate Billing.

Jones joined the company 9 months ago as a customer service representative. His job varies from minute to minute – managing customer accounts, resolving billing issues, and ensuring smooth communication between customers.

“A big part of my job is problem solving and building strong relationships with our clients,” he adds.

Even if he speaks to a customer for only a few moments, Jones finds each interaction rewarding, knowing that he’s helping them overcome a specific challenge and helping them prevent future issues.

Cash flow problems result in stress for customers if their debts pile up. Jones will work with them to bring in delayed payments and set up more effective systems.

“Seeing their relief and gratitude makes it an incredible fulfilling experience,” Jones says.
