Invoices
Q. Where can I see a list of my open invoices?
On the Invoices tab, you will see the Invoices grid below the ‘Vendors with open invoices’ table. Depending on the number of vendors in this table, the grid may not be readily apparent when you first view your account.
Q. Where is the Aging report for Invoices? How do I pull a list of my unpaid invoices into Excel or a similar application?
Go to the invoices tab and scroll down under the ‘Vendors with open invoices’ table. There will be a list of all open invoices. You can export the list of open invoices into Excel.
Q. How do I view the original invoice image?
If the original invoice image is available, the invoice record will display an image icon next to the invoice number. Click on the image to open the image in a new window.
Q. I don’t see an icon for the original invoice image. How do I request this?
Click on the arrow to the right of the invoice record to submit the request. You will see the Invoice Details page for this invoice. In the Invoice table, click on the ellipsis menu on the right. This will allow you to request the original invoice image.
Q. My invoice does not have a Purchase Order Number (PO #). How do I request this?
While on the Invoices grid, click on the arrow to the right of the invoice record to submit the request. You will see the Invoice Details page for this invoice. In the Invoice table, click on the ellipsis menu on the right. This will allow you to request a Purchase Order Number for this invoice.
Q. How do I file a dispute for my invoice?
On the Invoices grid, locate the invoice for which you want to file a dispute. Click on the arrow to the right. You will see the Invoice Details view. At the bottom of the screen, you will see a form where you can submit a dispute.
Q. One or more of my invoices are past due, but I am submitting a payment or have already submitted a payment. How can I notify Corp Bill when this payment is expected?
On the Invoice grid, check the boxes of the invoice for which you are submitting a payment or have already submitted a payment. Click on the Batch Actions dropdown box and select “Update Payment Status”. On the modal that opens, select whether you will be making a payment or have already sent a payment. Update the information on the form and click submit.
Q. Can I download multiple invoices images at the same time?
On the Invoice grid, check the boxes of the invoices you want to download. Click on the Batch Actions dropdown box and select “Download”. A zip file will begin to download containing the selected invoices. If you select an invoice that does not have an image icon next to the Invoice Number, the system will prompt you to uncheck this invoice before you may download the invoice images.
Q. How do I view invoices that I have paid already?
The default Statuses indicates Open and Past Due Invoices. Change the Status search bar to show Closed invoices and click Search.
Q. How do I view open invoices for my Vendors?
On the “Invoices with open balances” table, click on the funnel icon next to the vendor in question. This will sort the Invoices grid to only show open invoices for that vendor.
Statements
Q. Where is the Statement Search? How do I find my Statements?
The Statement Search has been replaced by the Statements tab. They are ordered newest to oldest. Note that statements prior to August 2024 are available by contacting CustomerService@CorpBill.com.
Q. How do I view a Statement with all available invoice images?
To view a statement with all available invoice images, right click on the ellipsis on the right side of the Statements grid and select “View statement with invoice images”.
Q. How do I download my Statement in Excel or a similar application?
To access the .csv file for a single statement, click on the ellipsis on the right side of the Statements grid for the statement you want to view, and select “Export Statement”. To download multiple .csv files in a .zip, click the checkbox on one or more Statements, then click “Batch Actions”. Select ” Export Statement ” and click Continue. Your statements will begin to download. Downloading several statements at the same time may take a few minutes.
Payments
Q. Where is the Check History report? How do I view the payments that I made?
The Check History report has been replaced with the Payments grid. You can navigate to it by clicking on the Payments grid. This will show all payments that have posted to your account.
Q. How do I view a receipt of payment?
On the Payments grid, you will see an image icon next to the Payment Description if the receipt of payment is available. Click on this icon to open the receipt image.
Q. Where can I see how my payment was applied?
On the Payments grid, click on the arrow to the right for a specific payment. On the Payment Details view is the invoice(s) where the payment was applied.
Q. Where do I view instructions on how to make a payment?
The Payments grid contains a jump link to view where to make payments for U.S. and Canadian customers. You can also access this by clicking on “Payment Information” on the Drawer menu in the upper right part of the screen.
Q. How do I pull a list of all my Payments to view in Excel or a similar application?
Click on the “Export all payments” button.
Q. How do I add, change, or remove my email preferences for receiving statements?
On the Statements tab, click on the jump link for email preferences or open the drawer menu and click on email preferences.
Q. How do I change my password?
Open the Drawer menu on the upper right part of the screen. Click on “Security settings”. Input your current password, new password, and confirm your new password. The system will notify you of the password complexity requirements.
Self-Sign Up
Q. What information is necessary to use the self-sign up feature for cbCentral?
In order to use self-sign up, you will need to provide the invoice number, amount date for an invoice payable to Corp Bill, your invitation code, and the zip code for your business.
Q. Who should I contact if I can’t find my invitation code?
Please contact Online@Corpbill.com and include your company name, address, and phone number in your request.
