As we continue to feel the increased impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we at Corporate Billing feel it is important to update you on the systems and procedures we have in place to continue to care for you, while also ensuring the health and safety of our employees.
To date, we have not received word of any cases of COVID-19 from our employees, or their family members. However, in an abundance of caution, we have implemented a temporary work remotely policy. Currently over 95% of our staff are working remotely insuring we meet the high level of service you are accustomed to receiving from us.
Please be assured our teams have the capabilities to carry out our operational and service functions.
We recognize this is a fluid situation, and Corporate Billing will continue to follow guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization.
